Pool repair & weekly service · West Orlando
Weekly pool service and equipment repair for MetroWest, Windermere, Dr. Phillips and Bay Hill. We diagnose the pad, explain it in plain English, and send you photos of the work every single visit.
Tell us what the pool is doing. We’ll come look, and you’ll get a written finding with a price before anything is touched.
Weekly service
Every plan includes chemicals, a photo log and water readings you can actually read. Billed on the first of the month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice, no fee, no contract to fight about.
Prices are for a standard residential pool. Larger pools, spas and water features are quoted after we see them. Pay for the year up front and the twelfth month is free.
Repairs & diagnostics
Plenty of people will brush your pool. Far fewer can stand at the equipment pad and tell you why the pump is screaming, the heater will not fire, or the salt cell stopped reading. That is the part we are built for.
Diagnostic visit. We inspect the pad, test the water where it matters, photograph what we find, and hand you a written estimate. Accept the repair the same day and the diagnostic fee comes off the bill.
Repairs are quoted after diagnosis, in writing, before any work starts. If a job is bigger than it should be, we will tell you that too.
After every visit
The most common complaint about pool service is not knowing whether anyone actually came. Every Pool House Co. visit ends with a report in your inbox: what we read, what we did, and anything we are watching.
Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabilizer and salt, written down every week so you can see trends instead of excuses.
The water, the equipment pad, and anything that needed attention. Time-stamped from your property.
What we did and what we found, written the way we would explain it standing next to you.
Filter pressure creeping up, a motor getting loud, a cell losing output. You hear about it before it strands you.
Cartridge is loading up faster than normal. Nothing urgent this week. Recommend a deep clean at the next visit, about 45 minutes, and I will quote it before I start.
How it works
Tell us the address and what the pool is doing. We answer local and online requests within 48 hours.
We walk the pad, test the water, and photograph anything relevant. You get a written finding.
Repairs are quoted in writing before work begins. Weekly service is a flat monthly rate with chemicals in it.
Same technician, same day each week, with a report after every visit and a standing 10% member repair discount.
Service area
We run dense routes on purpose. Staying inside a small area is what lets us get to a broken pump the same week instead of promising you a Thursday three weeks out.
Just outside the list? Ask anyway. If your street is close to a route we already run, the answer is usually yes.
Questions
Yes, on every plan. Chlorine, acid, stabilizer, shock and salt for a standard residential pool are part of the monthly rate. Unusual situations like a full stabilizer reset or a heavy algae recovery are quoted separately, and we tell you before we do it.
No. Weekly service is month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Call us. Members get priority scheduling and 10% off the repair. If a part has to be ordered we tell you the lead time up front rather than leaving you guessing.
You get a report the same day with your water readings, photos, what was done and anything we are keeping an eye on. That is standard on every plan, not an add-on.
Not yet. We are focused on residential pools in west Orlando while we build route density. If you manage a community or a small commercial property, reach out and we will tell you honestly when we can help.
Usually, yes. Green-to-clean recovery is quoted after we see the pool, because the cost depends on how far gone it is and whether the equipment is circulating. We photograph before and after.
